Target weight = BMR- 500Kcal
To calculate BMR, follow the following equation,
BMR [kcal] = Body Weight [lb] x 15 + (moderate activity [mins/day] x 3.5)
For instance, you weight 120lb at the moment & daily you exercise or do any physical activity for 15 min. then, your calorie requirement will be = 120x15+15x3.5 =1852.5. So Target= 1852.5-500=1352.5Kcal to reduce your weight.
Don't skip meals:
Have breakfast, lunch & dinner at proper time. Eating small frequent meal help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced.
Watch Sugar:
